Junaid Alam has more than 10 years of extensive experience in a wide range of industries with core expertise in all areas of HR, Organizational Development and People Management. She is a full-time trainer and a self-employed happiness coach. Before starting her entrepreneurial journey, she was heading the Business Unit of the Consumer Segment for a leading ISP. As a Senior Management Professional, she comes with 15 years of hands-on industry experience in leading technology companies in the Asia Pacific and MENA Region. She specializes in Sales Management and Leadership by virtue of her career trajectory in Sales. She started her career with an entry-level sales position and worked her way up the ladder through continuous learning and establishing herself as a high achiever in Sales. With a proven track record in various roles with Jazz, Transworld, Sonic, and RedTone Group, she has contributed in developing results-driven teams from scratch and led them for success. Starting with a degree in engineering, she later traversed into the marketing, training and coaching domain.
